The labeled tape showcases the events of a drug bust operation conducted by the Metro and FDLE, featuring live footage from the local police department. The footage includes scenes of drug busts in cars, the Street Narcotics Unit making arrests, rocks of crack in bags on car hoods, detectives ensuring guns are unloaded, and various individuals being taken into custody. Additionally, there are scenes of police officers collecting evidence, counting money, and making arrests both inside houses and in the surrounding neighborhood. The tape also captures the presence of a crowd watching the police activity, as well as the involvement of undercover cops in the operation.

Miami in the 80's was truly a gangsters paradise. Tons of pure cocaine and then the crack epidemic. Crackheads were buying the stuff over and over and hustlers were making the money hand over fist! They didn’t have body cams this is somebody with one of them heavy ass camcorders with the fuzzy mic on the shoulder following these guys around…kinda like the show COPS…nah it won’t no body cams or cams in their patrol cars back then…my gdaddy got stopped one time for drinking and driving…the cop took gdaddy to the car and put him on the front seat then went around to sit down and when he did an open bottle of Jack Daniel’s rolled out from underneath the bench seat. Gdaddy looked at cop, cop looked and gdaddy and said, “Mr. Jones I think we’re good here how bout I just let you head on to the house.” He followed gdaddy the 2 miles back to the house.
