It is not granite it is corian solid surface (the extra piece under the sink is a sink cover! Those water stains in the bathroom are MAJOR!

Major water stains, not 'a little bit'! Tell the truth, and check to see if there is mold and dry rot. There will be people who will buy it and make the fix themselves for a lower cost.
