I have that exact same Yamaha P22 Upright in my house made in Tomagaston, Georgia USA. Superb budget pianos. Nice bass, clear treble.

Now that is a beautiful piano. I love the color. When I’m able to I’m gonna get my Kimball baby grand piano.

I like Yamaha uprights, the cheaper institutional models don't sound special but they feel nice to play and have a tone that cuts the line. I've never been disappointed with a Yamaha, only with a tiny one they made that was in a school I went to and it sounded terrible but that was because it's in the acoustically worst room ever.
