Very much enjoyed the 80s and 90s tour. No screaming people when trying to make a shot, no circus atmosphere. Just the incredible announcing team and the best bowlers in the world. Miss those days.

To the top right-handed PBA bowlers in the 1980's -2000's! Someone had to win! This is one best matches I have ever seen in a long time!

Weber, Monacelli and Roth are my favorite bowlers all time. Grew up watching bowling in the 80’s/90’s.

Roth ignored physics and used all of his arm strength to rip the cover off that ball..Im suprised his body and hand lasted as many years as it did

I met Mark at rainbow lanes where he started bowling and wound up buying rainbow lanes in Brooklyn New York on Knapp Street. I’ll never forget like it was yesterday Mark coming into the restaurant area I said hey Mark, how’s your finger doing? He was very congenial came over nice guy, my favorite bowler.

having bowled in many leagues and casually, bowling is a great game but as we saw here, a potentially very frustrating game. Brian threw every ball right in the pocket and should have won this match easily but the open frame and lack of doubling up on a couple more of those shots cost him the match. those last three guys, Voss, Roth and Williams (along with Pete Weber) were all great bowlers and were can’t miss watching on PBT on Saturday afternoons for me.

Mark Roth would crank his bowling ball...it would pound the pins and they'd all fall...Though he beat Walter Ray...Let's cheer for them both today...

Two things to know to be a great competitive bowler, don't open and always make your spares.

At 6:46, if the 7-pin was there, that would've been a 7-10 split conversion!

at 6:54, the man in suit & tie & glasses is the late Don Cousens, Mayor of Markham at the time. The house (Club 300 Bowl) has been closed for a few years (since 2016, maybe?)

Voss technically should have won this match throwing much better shots but he got a lot of bad breaks

I see that Nelson Burton started losing it before he got older. In Voss's 10th frame, Burton said if Voss got an eight, nine ,or strike, he would force Roth to double in the 10th. Voss gets his spare and then a strike and Bo says alright Roth needs ONE strike. Wake up Bo!!!!

Lighten up, Francis. Bo was still the best, even though he's human.

Why did Mark Roth always play so deep, when his ball would never react well and hit light?

Voss played the better game with better first balls and Roth threw bad shots, but Roth was lucky and Voss was unlucky. Voss wasn’t rewarded for throwing good shots. That’s bowling!

when you leave the 10 your shot is a bit behind the head pin so it hits a bit flush on the 3 pin & causes the six to go around instead of into the 10 pin
