0:56 The white stuff looks similar to dye penetrant developer, used for non-destructive testing (NDT) purposes. We use this stuff on aircraft as a leak detector of sorts. The dry, white powder will very quickly absorb any fluid (Jet fuel, hydraulic fluid, water, oil) and change to a darker, grayish colour. This was likely sprayed on the fuel fittings after a filter change? This is my best guess.

The white stuff looks like zinc corrosion to me. Maybe they have some kind of zinc coated replacement part that is suffering galvanic corrosion from an incompatible metal?

Because it has both solid front and rear axles and coils spring all round! It’s 100 percent a jeep wrangler alternative that’s why it was only sold in the Japan domestic market it would’ve killed the wrangler

The white stuff on the fuel filter "it more looks like a light cooking oil". Are you sure they're not trying to run the vehicle on tempura oil?😅
