I think the o ring damage came from not seating the injectors first but you said that so you are correct on that seat them in first

Thanks for posting. It''s been a year- what's your impression after a year? I just did mine yesterday in my ZJ 4.0L. So far it's idling a bit smoother, and has more pickup for sure. Too early to guess about milage.

The gas mileage has improved. But still not great. I had to do the pigtails, but they are going strong. Definitely smoothed out. 330k on this one.

I have a 1993 XJ and have the fuel rail off right now waiting for new injectors (Stock). Do I have to do that reset that you did with the battery and headlights?

They say you do have to do that reset. I’ve done 2 XJs now and am about to do a third plus a YJ!
