My SW controls aren't working like they should,,the CC lite comes on the daSh but won't engage and volume n tuner buttons don't work rite,,,but my horn works and air bag lite ain't on,,, so what's the problem? Anyone? Any help greatly appreciated

How long do i have to wait to remove the airbag after unplugging the battery? So that the airbag doesn’t trigger
