Well done. I just replaced my passenger side speaker last night, and this was a big help. Probably would have struggled with removing the old speaker if I hadn't watched this. I have a Harbor Freight heat gun almost like yours, and that sure did the trick. Thanks for working through it all and talking through different options!

Nice! I have a 2002 4Runner and I just pulled the back drivers door panel because my customer JL Audio speakers are blown after 17 years of usage.

Does the base model (or any models that didn’t come with tweeters from the factory) have the socket/wiring for the tweeters? I have a 1998 4 cylinder and I want to install the factory tweeters.

Did you do a sound test after this? Would’ve been nice to hear I’m trying to do the same with my 97 Runner

Soo after watching you Dremmel the oem brackets I went on Amazon and found that there are replacement adapters in pairs for $30. I don't own a Dremmel so... cheaper.

Can you tell me what size speakers for front and back?. The internet says 20 diffrent things and I don't wanna open up my panel just to Check the size
