Thank you Neetu. So timely. I have already soaked my fruits yesterday and was looking for a good and easy recipe. I didnt add jam and honey to my fruits. Just rum. Should i add now or just add cinnamon, ginger and all spice powder to the flour?

I use your recipe from last year as my reference more like this one (coz I don’t separate the egg yolks and whites either). I made about 6 of them through this year 😊 thanks to you. I am planning to make a bigger one this year for our Church Christmas party. Is it fair to assume the double of each portions if I were to make a 2 kg fruit cake?

The cake came good, tasty and nicely cooked. But it is sinking in the middle for all the batches. Any suggestions? ( measurements are right)

Make sure you place the cake in the middle rack of the oven...also please dont open the door of the oven before the cake sets...also make sure you put the correct amount of baking soda and powder...
