I lost some footage from the first meal so I decided to combine two meals into one video. The grill worked flawlessly!. #asmokegrills #asmokeas300 #pelletgrill Non Commission link below. www.indiegogo.com/projects/as...

I've been a Qstoves+ user for quite some time but recently made the switch to Asmoke, and I must say, it's been a game-changer. The precise temperature control and the variety of flavors from the wood pellets truly elevate the grilling experience. The convenience of wireless use along with the rechargeable battery that offers up to 10 hours of runtime is fantastic, especially when I'm out camping or tailgating. Not to mention, the smart design and portability of the ASMOKE AS300 make it so easy to bring along on road trips and outings. It's not just a grill, it's a whole new way of cooking and enjoying food outdoors. Asmoke, you've outdone yourselves! #Asmoke

As a former Traeger+ user, switching to Asmoke has been a game-changer for my grilling experience. With Asmoke’s innovative ASCA technology, my grilling results have significantly improved. The precise temperature control provided by the FlameTech patent is unparalleled, ensuring consistent cooking temperatures within 5°F. I especially love the remote temperature adjustment and food temperature monitoring features, which make grilling far more convenient. The Asmoke Essential model is portable and battery-powered, making it perfect for tailgating and camping. Its eco-friendly wood pellets not only provide an amazing smoky flavor to my food but also align with my commitment to sustainable living. Switching to Asmoke has truly enhanced my grilling experience. #Asmoke.

Wow, Thanks! I have no regrets. I haven't used it as much as I would like to during winter but it's thawing out here. Hoping to start the Asmoke back up.

@TroysHobbies3 жыл бұрын
@@gregoryburkhead7813 I smoked it at a lower temp. I had it in for roughly two hours. If I had it at higher temps, the skin would be crispier.

I’ve been smoking and grilling for 35 years and I’ve never seen a butt cooked that way. I’m always open to learning something new. I don’t think you would get the traditional bark with this technique though.

Due to my poor editing skills... All through my cellphone. I did have some holes in it I poked in later on. I was more concerned with keeping moisture in for the first part. Later, I opened it up for better smoke contact. I probably used more pellets than needed. My wife asks me all the time why I do things the way I do. Haha!.

@@TroysHobbies lol to each his own. I'm always open the new techniques.

@@hardtruth2039 Might as well just stick it in the oven. You will not get the level of smoke flavor wrapped in foil like that even with holes poked in it. Like you said, to each his own but true BBQ joints would never do this.
@stereolababy3 жыл бұрын
you smoke meat wrapped in foil?

No

Always smoke meat first then wrap in butcher paper at the end or just smoke all the way without ever wrapping. I like charred smoked meat so I never wrap unless its thick brisket

You should smoke the meat up front at the beginning of the cook and then wrap at the end. And by the way Traeger pellets suck try some different ones you’ll be very happy you did.

What's crap about the Traeger ones? I'm just getting into all this
@TroysHobbies3 жыл бұрын
I haven't had any issues with Traeger pellets. I buy them four at a time. I live out in the country with around 30 homes total. Traeger pellets are sold at my local Napa auto parts, 15 miles away. I think the pellets are great and it is found locally.

@@TroysHobbies Traeger is a very dishonest company! Google Traeger pellets class action lawsuit. Garbage company!! I wouldn’t trust them for nothing! Try some lumberjack Pellets. Or Smoke Ring Pellets. Never trust traeger.

Mine worked great for the first 2 cooks but now it over shoots the temp setting. I will set it to 180, 200, 250 etc and now it just keeps climbing until it sets off the overtemp safety.

Just a suggestion, in general FAT SIDE should always face the heat source. It protects, it does not baste. PROTIP.

I've been using the Traeger coming out of winter. Getting ready bro dist it off and start using it again. I haven't had any issues others have talked about down here in the comments. My neighbor and I are some of the original supporters when it first came out. I would recommend it as I have ZERO issues with it.

How do you remove the pellets if you wanna use a different flavor pellets?
@TroysHobbies3 жыл бұрын
It doesn't hold a lot. I just run it low and add new pellets. Or you can tip it on its side.

Any issues with the pellets INSIDE the hopper catching on fire?
@TroysHobbies3 жыл бұрын
Zero issues. I've accidentally left the lid closed when I had it on the highest setting and had the grill vets accidentally on full open and the pellets didn't catch fire. The paint on the lid almost blistered.
