New ASMOKE 350 Pellet Grill & BBQ | Best to Date!

I had the opportunity to use and test a new version of ASMOKE's portable pellet grill and smoker. The AS 350 model will replace the current AS 300 and let me tell you how awesome this BBQ is.
I am very impressed with the updates and huge improvements they have made to create this new version. I highlight some specific great updates in the video and if you have any other questions please let me know.

The only downside, if there is one, is I would recommend you wait until this hits the market to buy this version than the currently advertised AS 300. This is a must buy for anyone seeking great BBQ and also wants to ease of use and benefits of a Pellet BBQ/Smoker.

Cool stuff. Nice BBQ recipe. Found your site looking for examples do he Smoke Hollow charcoal grill mods. Would you recommend the Smoke Hollow for 200$. About how big was that opening you cut For the offset smokebox If not Smoke Hollow is there any Smoker / Charcoal you would recommend?

Thanks for stopping by! My smoke hollow was already equipped with a offset firebox when I bought it, but attaching one to a charcoal grill sounds like fun. There are a lot of great BBQs out there and while I enjoyed the smoke hollow when I had it, I would not buy it now. You get what you pay for and I would personally wait and save to get a little nicer BBQ. Hope that helps and you have a great day!

Hey, I I only used this version and the AS300 before they were finalized. I'd consult the website for the best answer. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.

Potentially a great smoker. What pellets do you use. Asmoke branded ones? I have had nothing but trouble with my grill, temp fluctuations of over 100 degrees C. Got told to use only Asmoke pellets, can’t see how that could fix things?

Not gonna lie, you get what you pay for. It is in the lower end of the pellet grill market. That being said, the grill should even out as time program.

Don't you get ash on the food after a long cook ? Asking because there is a considerable amount of ashes on top of the covering just for burning the pellets for few minutes as you said.... Nice video tho 👍

I don't think the ash build up was very much considering the time. Plus, you can always remove the ash via the tray. Thanks for stopping by and commenting, cheers!
