But instead you told that lady you were taking pictures and videos in public then as she started to walk away you threw out the old line of I’m doing an investigation. Then when she guy walks up to you. You again say taking pictures and video and then state you are doing an investigation into Globe Never once did you say to them that your there to see if they are going to respect your 1st amendment rights of video taping in public without calling the police. So I have a hard time believing that your reason you gave me is the real reason why you were there. I believe the real reason was that they did call popo and they respond and a confrontation occurs. But since you had a scanner you already knew that was not going to happen. The dispatcher was educated enough to let officers know no crime was being committed Hey don’t get me wrong I love the fact you have the balls to do what you do and make sure your right that the constitution gives us are upheld. I just want someone to just be upfront if and when they are confronted by people instead of using the I’m investigating. As I already mentioned. You are going to have your fair share of dirty cops with attitude if you continue on. Just remember that when you do run into them and you will the street is not the court room the street is the street and they will always win on the street. Fight their wrongful action in the real court room. Just always be respectful even if they aren’t.
