@@1stformations I did with Wise since I am overseas, I tried with Monzo first but it didn't accept your address, that was back in June I'm not sure if that changed

I am considering using the Non-Residents Package. I know that this package includes three free services: Registered Office Address, Service Address, and Business Address. I want to inquire about what happens after the initial year of free usage for these three addresses. If I choose not to renew, which address will I be required to provide? As a non-UK citizen, can I use my country of residence as the Forwarding Address? If so, are there any additional costs associated with mail delivery to an address in my country of residence?

I have got a couple of questions: if I incorporate my company but it's not active for various reasons, do I still have to file a tax return and pay taxes? When should I register with HMRC?

Thank you for your comment, Giuseppe! You should tell HMRC straightaway if your company is dormant. You can do so here - www.gov.uk/tell-hmrc-your-company-is-dormant-for-corporation-tax. You don’t need to pay Corporation Tax or file another Company Tax Return once you’ve told HMRC your company is dormant unless you receive a further notice to deliver a Company Tax Return. However, you must still file annual accounts and a confirmation statement with Companies House. When you set up a limited company with Companies House, HMRC are automatically informed. You will automatically receive your UTR number around 2 weeks after your company is set up.

how to create a berclay bank account as a non-resident person? is it possible, if we start company in uk as a non-resident person, then can i build berclay bank account for my company?

Barclays are reluctant to offer business bank accounts to non-UK residents. It is unlikely you would be able to obtain one without attending the UK for a face to face meeting. We would recommend trying a different business bank accout provider such as Wise. Have you looked into Wise?

Hello My order was canceled due to proof of address, and this is unfair. I do not have proof of address in English, so my order was canceled. All the papers and invoices I possess are in German. You are a big company, you must accept different languages Or do you find a solution to this, thank you .
