It happens, 100% random does not exist. I remember back in the day that you could manipulate the rng in Pokemon Stadium 2 with save states, so maybe it is related with timing.

Total Doom Desire counter: 2 (Since July 2, 2024) Number of times Doom Desire was called by Metronome in this video: 0 I started a Doom Desire counter for each video, since it shows up in almost EVERY one, sometimes even multiple times. It's Metronome's favorite move.
