Check you hpfp for wear then make sure your timing belt water pump is done, it’s also a good idea to replace your rear cam adjuster but not as important. I’ll have a few videos on that engine coming up in about a week

i have a k03 on the ea888 1.8t fsi gen 1, with the racechip, my boostguage exceeds 10psi before the diverter valve kicks in , this is supposed to represent stage 1, i had it configured to output more because i have a upgraded intercooler, cold air intake, and a throttle body spacer

@@aminkhan1292 Racechip is worse than a actual remap, an 1.8 tfsi stock is 120hp or 160hp(same engine, marketing strategy) with an actual remap makes 200hp and it should push 1 bar(14.5 psi) at stage 1, my k03 on stage 2 makes 1.2 bar(17.4 psi) until around 4k rpm then less as you go further in the rpm. I was curious what is his answer because i heard people that can make 1.4-1.5 bar with k03 on the 2.0 tfsi but i could not manage to push the turbo on my 1.8tfsi to do that even though my wastegate is ok and i changed the standard dv with an dv+ from gfb. At the moment i make 230hp on a 1.8 tfsi stage 2 with 1.2 bar.

@@noitrex im trying to change my dv but i have a rounded off bolt, im going to cut it out and do the dv+ kit, i got the racechip as i have trade discounts and wanted to manage my hard foot while im on the motorway. the xlr and racechip work well for economy for me. i plan on skipping stage 1 and going straight to stage 2, just waiting on the sports cat

I’ve been learning about all the stuff for about 5 years now and Eventually I’ll start another KZfaq channel or some other platform of some kind so I don’t lose everything.
