Don't be a simp. Its called "Farang homes and Farangs can not even buy homes in Thailand. Makes no sense. She is not even being honest in the presentation. If its a land lease...say so. If you are a business person...be up front with the details of what you are attempting to sale. No Farang can buy this house for $75k. And please do not tell me about opening a Thai business account. Fastest way to lose your property. You basically need to marry a Thai woman and that would mean it is not a "Farang home" but a Thai home. Or you can lease the land from a Thai person, which means it is a simply a long rental agreement and again...not a Farang home. Her entire channel is misleading. She will not even answer a single question from any viewer when these questions arise...but she has time to answer your compliment. That alone should let you know she is anything but honest. Just another cute Thai girl misleading Farangs.

The houses are nice but most are missing what I consider a real kitchen and a laundry room would be helpful. Not into cooking and doing laundry outside.

Not a bad deal, I would expand the kitchen area a bit and probably improve the utility area outside, add a stove and built in bbq with rooftop. I can tell you attract lots of old perverts here. Too bad ruins your beautiful presentation. Otherwise, you did a great job.

No, you can not. You have to open a Thai business account and put the house in that name but it still technically not legal. This is a grey area because some people do still do it but she should not be promoting this way. Be very skeptical of anyone trying to sell you a home and telling you to put it in under a Thai business.

well the price is ok but outside the house i feel like in a prison. man-high walls when you walk around the house. the space to walk around the house is too narrow and there is hardly any space for plants and green space to enjoy nature outside.

MEh! if you buy a house in THialand, know that it has no equity value and to sell it would mean that someone with your taste who wants to live in God knows where to do God knows what is the only buyer you will have.....Other than that, it's a rental...So, rent, don't buy...Don't get stuck with something like that....think long and hard...

What a waste of money that house is. Why would anyone want a 3 bedroom house that has seating space for 2 people, and no where to cook. As normal no where to store clothes. Just because it's cheap doesnt mean it is beautiful. These places you show are simply impractical. P.S. Lots of natural light in the bedroom, just what you need when you are trying to sleep😅😅

Yes and I will tell you because I have a home in Thailand with my wife (yes she owns it I cant) the windows and door glass is not worth a damn single glass not double and gets to hot to touch also no home has insulating in the attic. On top of that the concrete is precast but where it’s put together cracks at seams Yes so beautiful my butt.
