ive used and installed quite a few different 3.5 in my life , the best ive ever heard and use now in my system is the JBL GX series 3.5 , they have a 2.3 ohm load and they are super crisp and clear i wud recommend using bass blocker on them i use a 600hz bass blocker on mine i get super good mid range and highs

I had a pair of those Sundowns, first gen. That first gen had the xbl2 motor and 4mm of xmax. Each way! They were amazing.

The sundowns sounds a little bass heavy and as a tweeter wasn't very clear the harmony had a little better fuller range it sounded like not as quiet as loud but clearner sounding 💯👍✌️

I don't know if it's my headphones but they sound very similar I guess I would need to hear them in person but either way they seem to put out great sound A lot more full than I thought. I figured I would only hear highs

they are very close in person as well. and both play a suprising amount of bass

of course, i can eq them into amazingness, the video is purely showing what they do totally flat with no eq or crossovers. blank canvases.
