This is a beautiful renovated house with a lot of land ! I love the primary bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and backyard! Yeah I would say there are snakes and scorpions there. I think that home is worth the price.

Cathryn they in some area's. The older area's majority home's didnt have Hoa. Most gated area's and golf area's do have it. But now some of the new tracks are not having it..

⭐⭐⭐ Good video Chakits. Nice property. In regards to extending the cabinets in the kitchen area, I would extended them as well to give that custom and function look. Furthermore, I would add the pot-filler since my better half uses it all of the time, plus I would add lighting under the cabinets due to the fact of the black back-splash. I would also need to eliminate the carpet in all the rooms since my spouse has severe allergies.

This home is nice but we need to get rid of those bathtubs and that silly hot water heater, perhaps we need to add a bench in the shower in the master bedroom as well, I like the back yard it was done very well but... what I don't like is that the house is far away and the issue with the snakes LOL!!! you read my mind about the snakes and what about other wild animals and bugs for that matter. So would I live in this house maybe with other people preferably women and plenty of them LOL!!! but the home does have it's draw backs as in location it just looks to far out there for me so I don't know? anyway thanks for the home tour Chuck and stay out of the heat I'm glad I was in Las Vegas from December of 2021 until March of 2022 it wasn't hot back then but now I can only imagine but I don't really have to now do I LOL!!!

Think twice about not enclosing your shower. I had one beautiful shower that was just part of the bathroom. No glass, no threshold. Problem was it was breezy and chilly in the shower even though it was warm outside. The house was in Hawaii.

Beautiful home but due to Vegas Nevada running out of sustainable water 💧, this would not be a wise buy. People now have to take in the climate change that's occurring when buying property now and what that will look like in the future.
