2 Back Takes From X-Guard (BJJ No Gi)

3 жыл бұрынHere are 2 back takes from X-Guard, you could either reach for your opponent's hips and pull him down, or push him forward and come on top.
These are great No-Gi options, where we don't have the luxury of reaching for our opponent's belt/gi in order to take his back from the dreaded X-guard.
