I made this last weekend and crumbled some Beyond Italian sausage in the sauce and OMG it's probably one of the best vegan dishes I've ever made. The whole family loved it 👏 Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful recipes! Suchcomfort food. I celebrate Christmas with my parents in The Netherlands where we usually eat "gourmet", which is typical for Dutchies around the holidays. Basically in the middle of the dining table there's a huge grill plate on which everyone can add their own little frying pan. On the table there's little pieces of meat (or veggie options) and veggies that you can then grill. There's also side dishes like salads and baguettes. Super cozy because no one has to stress out in the kitchen and everyone can sit down and eat at the same time! X

Jasmine your recipes are gorgeous and healthy thanks for being so inspiring to me - I’m a new vegan, five months now. Been vegetarian for 2 1/2 years. It’s your work that helped make me go vegan!

As always I love it! I’ll be making the lasagna for me and my 2 year old. I’m not a huge mushroom fan but it looks yummy. Maybe I’ll convince my husband to give it a try. Thanks for all your hard work.

Yum!!! My Italian m-in law would totally get pasta for the holidays. With an English family, we did Brussels sprouts potatoes, and turkey or lamb with mint jelly (no vegetarians back in the day). For my fam this year we are going to have the Trader Joe’s roast, Brussels sprouts, homemade rolls and roasted potatoes with apple bread for dessert. 😍 Wishing you both a sweet-simple Christmas with lots of happiness and laughter with your fam. ♥️🥰♥️

Missing the ricotta cheese in my favorite Italian dishes is one of my biggest stumbling blocks with going vegan so I cant thank you enough for providing just the solution I was looking for!! 😃 I had all but given up on finding a suitable replacement for a traditional veggie lasagna and now to have this vegan version is my 2020 gift from you guys so thank you thank you!!! ✌👍👏😁

These were such a hit! I was really nervous about hosting a big Christmas dinner with my family and my husband’s family since I was making it all vegan. I made two of your recipes- the squash roast with stuffing and these stuffed shells. Everyone seemed genuinely impresssed!

I have made pasta shells for past xmas dinners, and I have a recipe video for that too! But my favorite family traditional meal is Tamales! That's what I'll be making this year!

Happy and Merry Christmas to you both. We try to switch up the menu every year. This year is pasta on Christmas Eve and nut roast with lots of veggie sides and rolls on Christmas Day. Your video has me thinking I need to include your shells on Christmas Eve. Thanks for the recipes!

Christmas Day is actually my birthday, so every year we usually make my favorite dish which is lasagna. 😋 The lasagna that you both made looks so good, that I might try it this time instead of the usual recipe I use. Happy Holidays!

I'm Irish so it's a lot of potatoes. I'm making Christmas dinner for 4 of us and it worked out at 2 pounds of potato per person for mash, roast potatoes, and gratin. I'm sure there'll be left overs but the potato dishes are always the first to go. I think I'd much prefer your new Christmas tradition tho cause those shells look bomb!

Melissa Payne daiya cutting board shreds are good for a melting recipe; also miyokos mozzarella, parmela aged nut cheese and follow your heart.

Courtney Blue you can technically use any they don’t have to be no bake, just make sure there’s enough sauce in the pan

Can you soak the cashews overnight or will that changes the quality of the cheese sauce? We were coincidentally going to make lasagna for christmas already but be are going to use cheese sauce versus cheese shreds 😊😊

JoAnne Ortega yes you can definitely soak the cashews overnight instead of using boiling water :)
