ingredients:-
2 kg chicken
2 kg basmati rice
.700 gm onion
.200 ml oil
whole spices
fresh coriander
fresh mint
1.5 spoon salt
1 spoon turmeric powder
2 spoon kashmiri mirch powder
2 spoon coriander powder
3 spoon ginger garlic paste
1 spoon cumin powder
6-7 green chilli
1 spoon garam masala powder
.400 gm curd
biryani masala javitri cloves cinemon stick cloves
5 spoon salt
desi ghee
keabra water
