Lats and biceps, if you aren’t a competitive crossfitter there is no reason for you to learn these

I am unable to kipp and can only do strict pull up how can I learn to kipp I feel too tight while kipping and no rhythm can be found how should I proceed

@@shivanshnautiyal7204 I have a feeling you're trying to troll the crossfitters. But just to be sure, strict is best. Leave the kips to the kippers.

Relax, kid, you won't see this in your Planet Fitness because is part of the gymnastics exercises used in crossfit. If a crossfitter wants to focus in strength, he might do strict or even weighted pull ups. But strength is not all they train. The 4 pillars of a crossfit athlete are cardio, balance, strength and coordination.
