January 9-16 , 2023
After realizing Puerto Escondido was not our forever home, we moved on to exploring Puerto Vallarta. We were here for 2 weeks- kinda sucked cuz Brandon and I got sick during week 1, but aside for the cockroach infested place we were in, we really loved where we stayed! It was a cute little hood that had 2-3 local tienditas with all our grocery needs within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The malecon was also walking distance and everyone in that neighborhood was so incredibly nice and kind! it felt the most homey yet. We were highly considering staying here to the point where we were on FB searching for rentals within our budget...is this our Mexico home base???
