Hello and welcome to a new video titled:
2 YEAR UPDATE - Bellway Weston New Build House Tour 🏡 - Vlog 37
We have wanted to upload this 2 year update before any more videos, so apologies that it's been so long between uploads. We also apologise if at times the picture looks odd, the editing software put in a few screen tears and I couldn't edit them out. Also at times you can see our mic boom dropping.
Wow a lot of apologies and I doubt this has been read haha.
Today we go on a mini house tour, we discuss what we've been able to change/do since our 1 year update video in our Bellway Weston New Build. Also we talk about what is still left in our Weston Home. We shall be going room by room discussing this. A full house tour will follow once everything has been done at hopefully somewhere in the near future.
What have we done/added after new build ownership 2 year on.
We also discuss upcoming projects and plans now the majority of health issues have come and gone and also with Christmas out the way.

Excellent timing! Found your Bellway vlogs this week after searching for more info around choices etc as we think we're about to reserve our own Bellway property! Your house looks AMAZING and makes me so excited for ours! Can I ask a quick question - when it came to pick your options, were there free/basic options for flooring or were ALL flooring options additional? We're utilising any and all contribution towards our deposit and we're putting everything we have into buying the house itself, and just intrigued as to whether there are any free options at all (acknowledging they'll be lower quality) or whether we're going to be walking on concrete until we can save up any more!!!

Hey Jessica. Thank you very much. So far so good lots to go though to finish it off. Especially with us not having an unlimited budget 😂😂. Congratulations for when you reserve your home definitely exciting times. Well there is a difference of opinion here. I seem to remember there being free options at the silver level or options but the wife says that was wall tiling. Ayeisha (wifey) says she doesn’t remember any free flooring options. Honestly she’s hardly ever wrong 🤣. We did something similar and put a lot of our money in the deposit because our house price was put up quite a lot but COVID helped us save more. When we bought our home there was a lot of very good free options but sorry to say this probably isn’t the flooring. ☹️ x

I did think it is likely that there isn't anything included... but as you say, we'd rather invest in the shell now and then we can slowly fill it how we want!! We're just waiting on our mortgage advisor to confirm we can afford and then we're heading back to reserve in the next week or so! Your videos have been so helpful with the process, and great to see you back making further updates! x

@ohtoread not a problem sorry it was quite long. 100% no rush at all. I mean it’s nice to get everything at once but not realistic for us anyway. Oooh fingers crossed crossed 🤞 it will be fine I’m sure and then the fun starts / pain with waiting to move in haha 😂 thank you very much we need to upload more for sure and the next update is a weird garden one we’ve had to build a new gate 😫
