Good stuff... I can't remember what the load was exactly, but I loaded up some 20 gauge home defense loads with #4 buck... I want to say a 20S1 wad, 20-ish (21?) Grains of Longhsot, twenty #4 buck pellets, Kent 2-3/4" hulls (Cheddite) Fed209A primer... Patterned great at HD distances... I have a little youth model 11-87 20 gauge I keep in the closet loaded with these.

When did you start reloading? You sure know your stuff. It must take awhile to remember those numbers like that. Such and such powder with so much payload weight and all that.

I’ve been loading for 3 years almost. I focus on the oddball stuff or loads that are super heavy.

Where did you get your cheddite data I’m looking for some reliable recipes.

They are straight wall shells, if you don’t load to max or near max psi data is interchangeable with fiocchi rio and federal top gun which is a rio hull. Other hulls include monarch, challenger, nsi, some Winchesters, b&p, s&b, and many others. Nearly all European hulls are mostly interchangeable but if you want data specific to cheddites, get the bpi Cheddite manual.

In 20 gauge? No but I have loads up to 1 5/8 ounce in 2 3/4” hulls

@@theshotgunscientists In lead ? some payload that is ... I dont hunt deer or pig with shotguns but 1 3/8 be good goose and fox load with 2s

@@manchapkarm3626 tps wad or CSD wads are in stock right now, grab some 32 gauge fiber cushion wads and that’ll be a great load.
