This 20 minute barre workout targets your quads, calves & glutes! My ballet inspired dancer workouts are perfect when you want to get those long and lean dancer muscles and are looking for a beginner friendly, no jumping at home workout.
Since my past lies in dancing, music has always played a big role in my life. For this reason, in my videos every movement is synchronized exactly to the beat of the music. In this way I want to show you the joy of movement and motivate you to go to your limits. What are you waiting for?

My sister bought me an exercise band and I didn't know what exactly to do with it, when I thought of your channel. Very good workout video as always! And if you could do some more of them with exercise band, it would be perfect! (the day right after the workout I was OK and I thought that maybe I did something wrong or I was too strong for these exercises, then in the evening I started feeling something 😂)

Hi :) Ich habe einen zweiten KZfaq Kanal für Barre und Pilates eröffnet, diesen hier. Hier werden dann in Zukunft viele der alten Videos wieder neu veröffentlicht. Wir werden sie allerdings nochmal neu abdrehen, dauert also alles leider ein bisschen. Falls dir das Angebot aktuell zu wenig ist würde ich mich auch freuen dich im Online Studio zu begrüßen. watch.fitlara.com Hier findest du auch komplette Stunden, einige davon auch mit dem Mini Band :)
