Join me for a 20 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT for an express full body routine. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights (two 10LB dumbbells). I'll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

Ok LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I loveeee the 20 minute express workouts that have no repeats! Time flies by and I always feel amazing after. More like these 😍 I’d also love to see some more workouts with bangles (arms and ankle options) if you have any recommendations. You’re my favorite to watch and workout with so I’d love to see some workouts from you for those! Even some booty exercise band workouts :)

This was such a great workout! Ever since I have started working out again with your videos, I feel excited to workout and have been able to maintain working out a few times a week. This is week four of woking out and people have asked me if I have been working out! I work second shift and just did this one after work. I loved how you incorporated the stretches after the workout because I am so bad about stretching afterwards and I always feel tense later on in the week. Thank you so much!
