I can’t thank you enough for this! I have such a hard time finding low intensity workout videos. All I can ever find is low impact but high intensity, which isn’t ideal for days where I’m struggling with my energy. This is absolutely perfect for a day where I didn’t get enough sleep or if my anemia is acting up. Thank you for this

I love this workout so so much. Thank you for this! My knees can’t handle much strain and I’ve been doing these strenuous HIIT workouts. I found out about LISS and you popped out in the search results with “knee friendly”!! It gets me sweaty without feeling like I’m dying and I feel like I can do more!! I’m even doing this while Ramadan (fasting!). Bless you, really ❤❤❤❤

Well, I did this oldie today. Rough morning, so I wanted a 20 min. This was perfect for an after working night shift, daughter crisis, stressful morning. I started with a newer slim body workout and just could not manage squats today so switched to this. It was great for today and look how cute you are. Also. I see the difference in your body then and now, and I think you look absolutely fabulous in this video and even more buff now!

I’m a weightlifting guy, but lately my Insomnia has been bad, can’t do much intense weightlifting. Had to put my ego in the trash and started doing these till my sleep gets better.

This workout looks great and I'm sorry to ask questions not directly related to it but this is the only way I know to ask u questions. On the weekly programs can I switch which days I do the workout for example the longer ones on the weekend when I have more time and the routine still be effective? Thank you Michelle☺
