I feel like this workout hit all of my muscle groups perfectly as opposed to weight lifting in the gym. First time I’ve ever felt my pecs properly sore which is a good sign

Just bought bands..... First workout... and it was GOOD... I am tired. But am Happy! Will do this every day/ every other day. Great video.... filmed well and you explained tutorial quite EXCELLENT!!!!!

It's like you knew I was travelling - this was PERFECT!! I even have my bands, shoes and gloves with me! THANK YOU - this was a great workout. My arms are jelly! I'm currently in Alabama USA at a beautiful state park. I may take you outside for the workout tomorrow. Noelle

Good idea, always have a legs one but could see do a push and pull workouts. Do you usually split your push and pull sessions?

Hello, thanks for sharing the video. I have been training only with resistance bands for about a year, really all my injuries from years in the gym have healed; I find it a super effective tool and much friendlier for the body. Are you going to post one for the lower body? Thank you!

Alternate it with my lower body band workouts and throw in my full body band every now and again
