Cheese spread at home: Milk, mix it with cheese slice or any cheese.. Heat it up until all the cheese melts... Whip it using a whisk or machine till it becomes like a whipped cream... Refrigerate it Done

I have tried this & its really amazing.... Just a quick tips for those who are using Convection Oven to make this recipe... Pre-heat the Oven at 180° C for 10 Minutes & then put the Bread (along with Stuffing) for 8 minutes in Convection Mode at 200°c for crispy texture..... I have also used Brown Bread ... So if anyone who is willing to make with Brown Bread, they can also do the same...... It's amazing.... Great job brother....
