This 20 minute ABS/CORE Workout | BODYWEIGHT HOME WORKOUT consists of 2 x blocks of exercises. Each block contains 4 x exercises and will be repeated 3 x. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest. The second round of each block will the exercises change a bit! Pay attention to the preview screen.
BLOCK 01
1.Straight Arms Crunches / Side to Side Toe Touches
2.Plank Hip Twists / Low Plank Knee Drops
3.Knee Tuck + Hip Lifts / Star Crunches
4.Knee Tuck + Air Crunches / Low Plank Back & Forth
BLOCK 02
1.Half Windmill / Straight Arm Twists
2.High Plank Front/Back Steps / Hyperextension
3.Leg Raises / Side Plank (L)
4.Low Plank Spider / Side Plank (R)
The entire workout is a full length follow along workout with minimal equipment required. It is also a no noise abs home workout.

First time doing this workout ✌🏼 Great for beginners like me that one to develop abdominal strength progressively. Still a long way for me to do the kettlebell ones 😅 but I trust the process💪🏼

Just finished, good one! Would have liked it to be a bit more intense, but I was sweating nonetheless so that's great :) I'd love to see an ab workout with dumbells for some extra resistance! I hope you have a great day, thanks for the great content as always! :)

Excellent break from the HIIT routine and excellent selection and the sequence of exercises. Loved it. Perhaps worth also considering the weighted ab workout with dumbbells or kettlebells for the future. There aren't many of those on KZfaq. Please keep these coming. Thank you.

Hey Daniel I have worked out work weights for 5 days a weeks for 27 years but now the gyms in London are shut again until March ! Since lockdown I tried HIT but have screwed my joints ( hip arthritis) . I can’t even go for a run. Can you do a low impact ( not hurting my hip) cardio workout ? Would really appreciate it ? I am having to do 24 intermittent fasting every day to make sure I don’t get fat . It’s a night mare 😢 Cheers and happy new year .

Love this ab workout, Daniel! I did this twice last week. Once on my own and then the second time with my hubby. We both loved the burn! Well, not really but it worked us hard lol. I have been doing the long band videos and my hubby has done your upper body dumb bells as well as your 18 min abs from a few years ago, Thank you so much for your hard work and sharing these videos with us. I hope your channel grows and grows as you are great.

Great workout as always. Your music selection is not my type ( except the dnb tune in the middle) . Once in a while you could put only dnb tunes alongside your workout
