► EQUIPMENT: Medium set of dumbbells. I suggest anywhere from 8-25 lbs. We're using 10-15 lb dumbbells in this video.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 5 Best Bicep Exercises with Dumbbells
✔️ Drop Sets (perform each bicep exercise for 15 reps, then 12 reps, then 10 reps)
✔️ Repeat All 5 Bicep Exercises for Women x3 Sets (dropping reps with each set, but trying to maintain the same weight)
