i was really fascinated with boxing and i wanted to learn it but i got no money so i watched your vid, THIS WAS BRUTAL FOR ME. Not even kidding i fell down to the floor once the workout was done and took me a second to get back up, been trying to work out to lower my weight since i got teased alot for it, thank you guys for helping

i’m a footballer. been doing this once a day for the last month and a half. every time the third and fifth round come i been switchin up my combo. after doing this consistently for almost two months, i’ve noticed massive changes. i do regular weightlifting (for athletic purposes) and ever since i’ve started this tutorial daily, i’ve noticed it’s gotten so much easier to breathe in between lifts and my load has also gone up. on the pitch, i’ve also noticed i am not running out of breath on suicides as much as i used to. no matter what your sport is, boxing will help you and you’ll see a difference. thank you for introducing me, tony.

I am going through a journey right now, I’ve lost 100 lbs through diet and light exercise and I have a 100 to go, this is my new daily cardio workout. I’m gonna start checking out more though, I haven’t done boxing in years cause I’ve been too busy being lazy. Thanks for the great video!

Perfect for a low impact high intensity workout!! Realistically though it’s more like 270 ish Calories burned. Still mint though!!

Well it depends on your weight and how hard you worked out. Its not realistically any number for all people.

He did say “I just did the work out and I burned … “ whatever calories it was. The amount of burned calories depends of each individual, it depends on the amount of effort that needs to get the job done, more effort means more heart beats per minute, more calories burned. Someone who is bigger will burn more calories doing the same exercise than someone smaller, there’s more mass to be moved

The best shadow boxing video in YT! I burn the 400 calories (gotta go high intensity. Then I add 30 min of freestyle shadow boxing to finish the workout. Great way to practice the basics and get fit! 💪💪🥊🥊

Hey coach! I watched dozens of different channels on KZfaq. I tried other short shadowboxing workouts. Unfortunately most are quite insufficient to keep up with. Training is much easier and more enjoyable with you. You have a solid narration ability. Please keep creating these short and instructive training videos. This means a lot to many of us. It was a time when I was totally devastrated. I was 14 years old and more than 112 kg's. I didn't knew the point from where I was supposed to start. For the purpose of fun, I followed only no oil and sugar diet for 2 week and did this workout once a day, each day. This was the revolution for my life and confidence. I was successfully able to lose 4 kg in 2 weeks. After losing it within April 2023, I was full consistent on boxing and discipline. Today, I am 76 kg's healthy weight and still following boxing and discipiline. Tony Jeffries have my credits on weight loss. He may be the best boxing instructor of today's date. Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali is motivation and heroes for me and Tony Jeffries is my virtual coach or the guy who gave spark on woods and burnt the fire of discipline and boxing. Thank you so much! Since it has been 1 year of transformation and I have changed workouts much. This workout is close to the heart and will always be. ❤🔥

Been doing this every other day for a couple of weeks and it's really tightened up my technique. Particularly the weight transfer on the hooks. I've let myself go in the last decade or so and finding this a really entertaining way of getting the heart rate going. Thank you

I’m from Turkey 🇹🇷 I found you guys today and just finished the workout. That’s exactly what I’ve been searching for, not too intense, has breaks, and I loves when you sai: “Go slow and focus on technique” that’s more important. I’m doing Calisthenics, I did Kickboxing for 2 years and I did a lot of boxinf at past. But this still sweats me a lot. Even if I’m used to exercise...THANK YOU A LOT AND LOVE FROM TURKEY ❤️❤️❤️🇹🇷

Love the fact you did the whole workout in the video but if it’s intended to be a follow-along it would help if you didn’t have mid-roll ads interrupting the timing. Definitely gonna have to try this out.

💯 Solid Dynamic Warm Up! Great starter workout. You can change the workout portion in various ways to get more out of it as you progress. But notice that each of these have purpose, make sure you are using the rounds to train/work on your weaknesses and building your strengths.

Now that's very important for people who are starting off, not to get misguided or learning the wrong methods. You are so professional in your approach. Lots and lots of respect and love to you from India Sir. I am a orthodox boxer and I find the right hook to be very tricky. I would love to see a tutorial exclusively for right hook for orthodox boxers. I don't find one single good tutorial for this on tube. Could you share the links for your left and right uppercut tutorials. I made each person from our boxing group see your videos and they are all your subscribers and more importantly your fans now. I totally recommend it way easier than any other excercises and makes you lose a lot of calories I am too fat and this helped me a lot.

This is so awesome, I am a beginner and I enjoyed this. I have lost tonnes of weight but my underarms have skin sagging so I figured boxing is the best way to tone them.. Thank you so much for the work out I am now hooked already.

once over 18 people usually get plastic surgery aka skin cut off. because the body has grown an now is dying. its cool to hear my friend lost weight an how excited he was. but not cool cause i know stretch marks an saggy skin never goes away in many
