This 20 minute Martial Arts based workout is designed to improve your cardio, strength, mobility and overall fitness. Feel free to pause the video if you need rest time or time to catch up. Do the best you can and try to put in a lot of effort.
You don’t need to be a trained martial artist to do this workout. If you enjoy it, maybe it will inspire you to sign up for lessons.

Sensei, I'm a high blue belt (5th gup, blue/black belt) in American style taekwondo and I was able to do your entire workout just now even if I've been out of martial arts since 2016. I am slowly starting to recondition and this helped a lot. I will be doing this workout again very soon.

Yes was good to do some different workouts online for a change!! Just wondering in the roundhouse kicks why don’t you pivot the foot on the floor?

Normally I do. But with a sticky mat, rotation can sometimes hurt your ankle or knee, so taking into consideration the type of surface I'm on is important for me 😊

Instead of popping up both feet at once, you can step up one foot at a time 😊
