Follow along and crush this effective 20 minute lower body workout with dumbbells to train, strengthen and tone your legs (quads, hamstrings, calves, inner thighs) and glutes. This leg day workout is high intensity so be ready for some fire and to give it your best. This resistance workout uses compound exercises and unilateral exercises to give maximum effect for each rep. Grab your weights, a mat and a towel as we sweat it out and crush this lower body dumbbell workout in 20 minutes. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and overall endurance in your lower body, this is the workout for you.

I been doing this WO for 3 days, no diet (I couldn't afford it tbh so I just eat like usual) and I lose 1kg. For an obese girl like me who never lose the weight for the past 2years, this is a real progress. Still have a long way to go. Thank you😭

If the timer sounds were louder this would have been perfect. When doing mat work I missed the timer cues several times. But it was a great workout.

Viv, do you recommend repeating the whole workout? Or stacking? Or just doing this?! I want to strength train 3 days a week as I also do Pilates/yoga and cycling. I’m nearing 40 and love your strength training! I can do up until 30 minutes each day so would you recommend I do one more cycle? To make it 32 minutes?

Hi Becky, I would add another round to make it 30 minutes. If you do our other short workouts I would stack them especially the 10-15 minute ones. I used to pair 2 together and if it’s a cardio workout typically if just do the 1. If you check our playlists you will find our longer workouts too. You have a great weekly routine. Quite similar to mine. I do yoga and walking/ jogging paired with my workouts 🙏🏽 I hope this helps x

Oh you are amazing for responding! That is so helpful! Can I ask one final question?!! With the schedule I have would you recommend I stick to 3x full body workouts each week. Or rotate with one full body, one lower, and one upper. I love all your workouts and am so committed to continuing and seeing strength develop. ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
