I would say my only complaint is I tend to laugh when I'm doing this workout because Brian is so funny! Other than that, I love this work out!! I have spent so much money seeing chiropractors for my lower back pain and doing this class daily has helped me more than anything!

Wow…what a great video! Educational…I love the description of what muscles we’re focusing on and activating…..comical…I found myself laughing and smiling from your terrific commentary :) and to top it all, I got great movement and pain relief to my lower back / hips etc. thank you for sharing your knowledge and gift of teaching Pilates (and good humor) to help others like myself!

Have you considered KZfaq Premium ? If KZfaq is your primary source for content then it's well worth it. I haven't seen an ad in years.
