such as the frying pan in pubg, in rocket league, there was a update that allowed you to keep your flip if you don’t jump off of a surface. this meant to be for a certain map, but instead created the flip reset, the most used pro mechanic (im pretty sure)

In the original Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on PS1, if you typed your name as Regis or Kathie Lee or cuss words (probably more), the game would delete it and Regis would make funny comments.
