From the looks of it you created a masterpiece. Tony from a few comments above you claims to be the current owner and it seems a completely different guy filmed this. It’s cool to see all three of you guys perspective on such a vehicle.

I have questions. I kinda wanna drop one in my ranger. It's a 5sp 5.0.

Love the build. Heads up, someone is trying to scam using pictures of your jeep on Craigslist Des Moines saying the jeep is stored in North Dakota and that they’re deployed to the UK.

Although I am I owner of the jeep I just bought it off of EBAY. I did not post this video. The previous owner of the Jeep posted the video. I do know that the company name which completed the swap was Colorado Customs. I did have a situation with the drive belt kept getting chewed up/ not lined up well, so I spaced the pully a bit better, and so far the belt is holding. Mpg-- not crazy great- 25 is about it. Pulls pretty good for a 3.3, but it's a 3.3 so really not a puller. I am not sure why I have it really- LOL- I just thought it was pretty cool, and I always liked the 99-04 Jeep body styles. I fella I bought it from said it cost 5 G to rebuild the motor/ convert it all.

you should post an updated video of it as she sits today. I have an WJ I'm considering doing a swap on

The Mpg are 25/ and it has pretty good torque, I can pull a nice little trailer about 2k lbs. Answering Brian Oconnell here- It cost me 6k off of Ebay. I feel I stole it. I am sure it cost way more to build it than I paid. Tony - Missouri

That's sweet! What I wanna know if possible, is how did you integrate the engine controls with the existing Jeep modules?

That engine don’t have any controls or wires on it only if you can get it to turn over your good

@@Anthonysmith-ic8ef I think there are already jury-rig conversions from gasoline engines to work with water (electrolysis). Piss would involve a filter to take out urea and minerals, but it seems possible to achieve.

@nickj62754 жыл бұрын
Brian Oconnell more then $10k is what I got for pricing. Now if you already have the engine transmission then probably less then $5,000 to be on the safe side

Hello, I now own this sweet Jeep. I love it! I am interested to talk to the builder because I am in need knowing what pulley was used for the ac/ alternator. The belt is walking off the back, so I am going to alter the pulley/ braze on a lip, but want to find another pulley the same before I start my attempt. Please help! Tony Missouri
@andrzejconner6765 жыл бұрын
Make sure you check all the other pulleys for bad bearings . Kind of weird that the belt has begun to walk off the pulley. Sounds like something somewhere failed. It very well could be that one pulley but before you dish out the cash for it I'd make 100% sure it's not a tensioner or something that fried it's bearings and developed a gangsta lean
