With this one the egr valve was working with the scan tool. The voltages were not correct at different percentages of the valve operating. Make sure you get the correct egr valve. I would take a picture of mine or bring it with you. The parts store showed a different one than mine. Mine had an electrical connector built into it.

@@JohnSadlersAutoRepair thank you for such a quick reply will definitely do that! Finally got the truck up running had a freak accident where I hit a low water bridge with water and it splashed up shorted my computer locking my tyranny in the wrong gears so I finally got a new computer in it and reprogrammed aswell as a new tyranny finally got it running good then scanned I got this code is it possible with the battery going completely dead and sitting for a few month cause egr to get this code?

@@Bladeanator I would definitely look for pinched wiring between the transmission and engine block. Also for an exhaust leak. Whatever shop did the transmission job should be glad to take a look and make sure nothing they did.

@@Bladeanator that shouldn't be a problem having it sit a few months, make sure all the wires at the computer connection aren't pushed out. I remove the protective cover off the back of the connector and push in on each wire to make sure they are all the way in.
