I also like how you depict the "real life" of working on cars. All the bolts aren't easy to remove, parts break, tools show their true colors. Secondly, do you watch aVe (tappy, tap, tap)?

Does the new control arm have any bolts that are required to be adjusted in an alignment? Can you do this install without realigning the front end?

For the life of me I cant get the newly installed lower control arm to reach the ball joint that is in the knuckle once installed. Am I missing something because no matter what I try it's impossible to reach the ball joint? Did I over extend my cv axle?

if you were only doing the other side, i could prob do it myself on my 2005 wrx sedan.

If you disconnect the sway bar from the control arm you wouldn't have to fight it when trying to pop the ball joint out.

350streetracer all they do is rust and have common major issues that Subaru took years to fix.
