Good for you buddy I'm happy for you I owned a 1965 fastback in California and I hated getting rid of that car I loved it so much last year I bought a 08 candy apple red mustang V6 and I have never been happier in my life it is like driving my 65 but now I have air conditioning awesome stereo power steering power brakes and they look mean slammed so enjoy your baby and make a lot of memories

The reality of the situation is all these guys that buy the v8s most of them live in large towns and cities and they never get over 45 miles an hour anyways so what is the use of having that big engine

I've had mine since new and have had no issues with the transmission, nor anything else with the car. I did have to replace the battery twice though.

@@YakAttack64 As a commercial truck driver I do it all the time and I also do it with my cars. Of course you have to know what you are doing. You can't let's say from 6th gear go on 1st gear right. But you have to keep in reasonable rpm and shift 5-4-3-2. etc. it takes practice and expirience but when you learn this you won't even need brakes to stop your vehicle

@@user-wy5ih9xt3c Sorry for the delay. It currently has 271k miles. The engine still runs well. The transmission sometimes likes to slip, but other than that, it is a grand car. The sucky thing about the vehicle is everything is made out of plastic, like the thermostat housing, and the bolts like to strip. I just hate how people shit on these cars, because it's a V6, but it's better than these newer cars that burn oil at not even 100k miles.

My family is pissed at me and thinks it's a stupid idea. But from a lot of videos people enjoy their scooter. I'm near Richmond!
