What you need to do 8s figure out why it's saying multiple cylinders and not name specific cylinders... so ask yourself. "What can affect all the cylinders and not a specific cylinder. The air induction(that includes everything from air filter, to the intake manifold, and everything that is connected to it.) Egr will also cause that, fuel delivery(pump, lines, filter injectors, and pressure regulator) and last engine control management. At this point unless you have a good scanner, and good knowledge how u Interpret the data from the scanner. You last resort just might be your last resort...and that is take to a diagnostic technician. Hope that helps get you in the right direction. Above all, stop throwing parts at it until you know why that code is being stored.

I dont know cause the customer didn't tell me. I couldn't replace the ECM due for it needs to be programed. Which I havnt invested for the tools that are needed to do that. I can only assume the customer took vehicle to the dealer

Hi. I seen early on in the video, which by the way is extremely helpful, where you had the positions of the injectors as to which wires went to the injectors from the harness. I've been looking everywhere on google trying to find that diagram and just can't seem to find it. Maybe I'm just not using the correct search phrase, IDK. Could you help with that please? I'm getting misfire on 5 and want to confirm that the injector is bad, if not I'll have to do what you've done to see if the ECM is the problem. Thanks
