I have 2008 accord v6 but the Oil is mineral 10w30( 5.000km) not synthetic 0w20( 10.000km)

HHah definitely do not drain your oil with your car leaning to the side unless you want to guarantee you can't drain drain all the oil out.

mines has 80k miles do i still put tht high milage oil
