I say the clock spring.. Unfortunately I had the same issue and I replaced the clock spring assembly which included the SAS and the wiper controls and cruise controls. I I was able to clear the airbag light on the dash by doing a manual reset but I'm unable to clear the VDC and SLIP lights. What are your thoughts on this. I don't have access to a consult. Can I use another scan tool to clear these lights?
