Add some Winter Tires and it would be much better, especially on ice. My G37XS Sedan has Firestone Winterforce installed. They made a huge difference turning, stopping and on ice. Even with AWD, stopping and ice will be a challenge using All Season Tires.

My G37xS has Michelin X ice and it could climb out of 6 inches of slushy snow uphill!

Im freakin out because it sleeted we never have this bad of winter weather it did not snow but how did it do i have to go to work
