Its on minute 15:45 and on, its literally sticking out next to the feet ac vent, its a black plastic hose

I believe the blend door actuator next to the gas pedal you refer to controls the air diverter, which switches between vent, floor, defrost.

So its been awhile, but I remember it coming off with the dash. I didn't need to remove it in addition too.

Not sure exactly what you are referring to, but hoses usually contain electrical wires. They usually have plastic connectors that clip in every few feet.

Are you talking about the leather wrapped handle? The leather pieces snap in place, but the handle itself attaches to the shifter with two tiny phillips head screws.

@@BLACKNOY0979 can you send a pic? The shift assembly attaches with 4 black plastic clips. Maybe one of them broke? I actually have one if you need it.

That was a video of a guy working on a Ford. Same issue as ours, nearly identical setup. Once you remove the center console and can access under the dash, you can cut the plastic posts that hold the hvac vent in place. I wouldn't recommend doing that as you will still struggle to slide the actuator in place. It is doable if you have a few days to spare and a buddy to help with the dash. Just take extra care to realign the hvac properly. If the drain pan moves it could cause water to leak into the cab instead of out under the car

Just take the radio out and you can reach it with your hand. Takes 20 minutes

@@ChrisRollins The one you are referring to, is for the passenger side. The one on driver side is against the floor with screws underneath. Just like in the video above, it’s almost impossible to reach without removing the dash.
