The sticker on the bulkhead, inside? That is a warning sign telling people they may be recorded.

They are supposed to be disabled before the bus leaves the school. We sell a lot of buses back to schools. We have to reactivate the stop lights. We do this when the bus is sold. We make these videos when the bus is first for sale.
