I'm actually looking for a boss 302 right now. The hard part is finding one that wasn't driven to crazy.

I have the 2013 Boss 302 Laguna Seca. It is rowdy beyond description. You can't even imagine. And the handling is unreal. It is an "experience" to drive it. You are never just going for a casual drive, it is always a mind blowing experience. This is compared to several other high end sports cars that I have costing many times more. It may now be 10 years old and have 9500 miles on it but it is still 10 years ahead of anything I have driven. Read more

With the Boss 302 gone now and the new Shelby GT500 coming this year I’d love to see Ford come out with a Boss 429 as their next high performance special edition Mustang.

Now that would be something but doubt you will see one. The Boss 429 was all about the engine, I don't see a large displacement hemi-headed engine at this point with EPA standards. I think it is possible the new GT500 will get the twin turbo V6 ecoboost from the GT.

MustangConnection1 yeah I think we’re out of luck waiting for a big block Mustang. I’ve seen spy photos of the new GT500 engine or at least what was thought to be the engine and it’s supposedly a 5.2 liter based on the GT350’s Voodoo engine but with a supercharger sitting right on top. The rumors are saying 772 horsepower and 743 lbs ft of torque and the 7 speed dual clutch transmission from the Ford GT super car.

Own the car, love it, but gotta love the comment 'we are going to do the boss right, or we're not going to do it' but then don't fix the MT82 issues and frankly made them worse than the normal GT with the weak mounting bracket.

I know it’s kinda pointless but I would love to see a sixth gen Boss 302.

I don't think it's pointless but you are right as the current GT350 is kinda in that space a Boss 302 would slot into. That being said once the GT500 comes out it's possible you will see the GT350 phased out in a year or two and a different special edition heritage car could return. Boss or Mach
