From a sports medicine major's point of view, this sport as a whole is filled with moves and it's own set of lifting guidelines that make me worry about every athlete I see perform Cross Fit training... While Cross Fit is without a doubt an amazing training medium, it's incredibly hard to safely perform some of the most basic Cross fit lifts. I'd never in a million years sign off on any athlete using cross fit as a training medium... That all being said I LOVE the competition of it all!!

Trust me..long legs aren't always nice. Most of the time, shorter is so much sweeter. Take it from a 5'8" weightlifter.

Those long massive legs of Annie were the difference. That sled was nothing.

Hello there, have you considered "MuscLeader" (have a look on Google)? There you will find a useful free video demonstrating the way to pack on notable muscle mass easily while eliminating fat as well. Devan and many other guys enjoyed good results applying this system. Perhaps it will help you out as well.
