Today I review a truck? Yes! This is the 2012 Ford F150 XLT and it's a little different than the vehicles featured in my past reviews because it is, yes, a pickup truck. Enjoy this Ford F150!

I still have my 2012 F-150 XLT, it's in great condition, it has the V-6 Ecoboost, an incredible engine! I love taking it on the highway on weekends to our home from Philadelphia to our summer home in Cape May NJ. Smooth as silk, quiet, & I see miles ahead!

A pickup truck is the most practical vehicle to have. It can do ANYTHING a sports car can do, but bigger and better. It can also do a ton of things a sports car can't do. A sports car can carry a hot babe, but my F150 can carry 6+ hot babes. Even more if you count the truck bed. Plus, I am towing l the yacht they'll be lounging topless on later in the day. Trucks ride high. Nothing threatens you. You're safe. As you say, it's calm and relaxing to be in a truck. To a truck driver, smaller vehicles are just speed bumps. That rice burning camry that just rear ended you is totaled while you don't even realize it hit you. I can never go back now. It's a truck all the way.

Dude the reason its big, rough and has so much power, is BECAUSE ITS A WORK TRUCK, truck aren't supposed just to transport people its build to tow

I subscribed to you about a year back, when you where basically arma only. I know a decent amount of people left when you said you where turning this into a car channel. I am not really a car guy but i still watch and like all of your videos because I support you. I am happy you that are following your ambitions in automotive journalism, and I am glad you are still making videos. Not saying your arma videos where bad but there has definently been an increase in quality now that you are doing what you love. I look forward to your next video. Good luck Graham.

I’m in the same boat brother, transitioning from a work van lol I found one in my area 2012 xlt with the 5.0 coyote, has around 176k on it for 6 grand should I hop on it?

@@C0RY.Mthey are incredible trucks. My dad had one that went on for like 220k+ w a 6” lift and 37”s. It was an awesome truck

Sounds like it! It's never a bad idea to have an independent mechanic that you trust look it over before you make the purchase though!

I'm I big Ford guy but you need to come down to Saskatchewan or the prairies in general to understand the love for trucks! Especially down here where everyone farms or hunts you need a truck

I got a 11 F150 but I have the 3.5 ecoboost, there's a few ups and downs with the engine but overall if I'm racing the truck i love it i beat the diesel for days, when i tow or haul heavy material its like trying to give up so yep.

There’s a 2012 XLT with the 5.0 V8 at my local dealer that has 11,000 original miles on it. Yes, only 11,000 miles. Looks brand new.

Just got my 2012 a few months ago. Wasn't sure if I would like it because I've always had gm vehicles but this is pretty nice. It's a work truck with just a front seat and 8 foot bed with 2 wheel drive and traction control. Curious to see how it goes in the snow

I plan on financing one for 14k , low milage . good deal? I don't know. I could go cheaper but I like the aesthetics of this brand and just hope the one im buying can tow good . This one has 6 Cyl 3.5 L is that a good engine for this truck you know ?

I enjoy my 13 xlt 5.0 360hp 380tq. Its roomy and hauls ass when needed.

+HeyThisIsGraham Bull Run Rally is more of an 'Outlaw' race, but the concept is great. Corner to corner race across the country, high end sports cars, and huge charity donations. There is no designated race course, but instead you make your own path as you go. Of course high end sports cars in public places can attract authorities, so they give awards such as "most speeding tickets", "most cops outrun", and a few more.

This truck being a 4X4 crew cab is probably pushing closer to 5800lbs to 6000lbs. This is a 12th gen F-150 or in other words the last gen with steel bodies, so they were heavier. I own a 12th gen 5.0L FX4 Supercab that tips that scales at 5600lbs.

Hey brother thanks got the review I’m transitioning from a work van lol I found one in my area the exact color and trim, looks sharp! 2012 xlt with the 5.0 coyote, has around 176k on it for 6 grand water pump was replaced at 165k not seeing anything major replaced just regular maintenance should I hop on it?

It’s sad to see that many truck veterans who have had decades of truck experience don’t review this cause id rather hear it from a well seasoned grandfather who’s travelled across the states towing/off-roading/contracting vs a younger guy who just concentrates on sports cars. Maybe they don’t do most reviews on the truck cause there’s no complaints. Needless to say I like the end of the video when the gentleman says “it feels familiar feels like you’re right at home” which to be quite honest that should give you enough confidence on such a dependable American vehicle such as this one.

Ummm...... shift to 4wd to tow? Also ppl like trucks bc we dont all live in the city and make youtube videos. Also some ppl tow things lmao. Some ppl like to have a bed to carry stuff in like maybe some mulch if your doing some yard work. Some of us deal with snow and a truck with 4wd is great in snow. It can legit do anything u need it to........ unlike a sports car
